You can't use this application on Windows 10 because I believe it lacks compatibility. It was released a very long time ago when Windows 10 wasn't even in the stage of an idea, barely usable. Therefore you will have to choose another application to create a movie.

For professional editing, you can use Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas Pro.
