Unfortunately, the old Panasonic DV Studio program for Windows 95 may not be compatible with the Windows 10 operating system. You may need to find a more recent version or alternative software that is compatible with your current setup.

You can't use this application on Windows 10 because I believe it lacks compatibility. It was released a very long time ago when Windows 10 wasn't even in the stage of an idea, barely usable. Therefore you will have to choose another application to create a movie.
